In a series of hybrid events, Bancolombia shared its overall strategy for 2023 with its employees. Virtual events that managed to connect an audience of more than four thousand people, complemented by a tour of face-to-face events + inspirational sessions in the main cities of the country.
The main stage was designed to look captivating and impactful for virtual and in-person audiences, a modular structure with a focus on sustainability that was used in the audiovisual pre-production period, as well as in the main event and smaller-scale live events.
